Since beginning her career as an aesthetician in 2020, she has been dedicated to creating a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and glowing from the inside out.
Alexis is known for her personalized approach; taking the time to truly understand each client’s goals and crafting customized treatments that deliver real results. She believes that great skincare isn’t just about appearance, but about how you feel each day.
Outside of the treatment room, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. Her joyful spirit and caring nature carry through every part of her life, making her clients feel instantly at ease the moment they meet her.

Meet Sarah, the vibrant and dynamic Marketing Director at OMNI SCULPT MD. Sarah brings a Midwestern charm and a strong work ethic to her role. Born and raised in Missouri, she developed a deep sense of community and values that she now infuses into the Medspa’s marketing efforts. With her creative flair and strategic mindset, Sarah plays a pivotal role in making OMNI SCULPT MD a leading name in the industry.
As the wife of Dr. DeGironemo, the visionary founder and owner of OMNI SCULPT MD, Sarah’s dedication to the clinic’s success goes beyond her professional responsibilities. Her intimate knowledge of the medspa’s values and philosophy gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to align marketing efforts with the essence of OMNI SCULPT MD. She shares a vision with her husband to create a nurturing and transformative environment for their patients, reflecting the warmth and hospitality she experienced growing up in Missouri.

With her keen eye for design, Sarah takes pride in curating captivating campaigns that showcase OMNI SCULPT MD’s transformative treatments and patient success stories. She believes in the power of education and ensures that the community is well-informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic procedures. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family, including her new baby girl, Sofia and her beloved furry companion, Parker- an adorable and friendly Mini Goldendoodle.
Jasmine Garcia
Practice/Operations Manager
Jasmine Garcia is a dedicated Practice & Operations Manager and Aesthetic Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry. She is passionate about delivering an elevated, patient-centered experience where every client feels confident, educated, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
She believes aesthetics is both a science and an art, guiding patients toward natural, authentic results with a strong focus on safety and integrity. Jasmine is equally passionate about team leadership and operational growth, fostering a culture of professionalism, education, and exceptional service.
Outside of the practice, Jasmine enjoys spending quality time with her son, staying active, trying new things, prioritizing self-care, and is a big football fan.
Sabrina Jahani
Nurse Practitioner/Aesthetic Injector APRN, FNP-C
With over six years of experience, Sabrina Jahani, APRN, FNP-C, approaches aesthetics as both an art and a promise. When you sit in her chair, she treats your face with the same intention, honesty, and care she gives her own - creating results that feel natural, soft, and timeless. With a strong foundation in injectables and wellness, Sabrina blends clinical expertise with an artist’s eye to design treatment plans that honor each patient’s unique features. Her mission is to deliver not only beautiful outcomes, but a beautiful experience - one where every patient feels safe, confident, and genuinely cared for at every step.
Outside of the treatment room, Sabrina is a cat lover at heart, loves traveling the world with her husband, enjoys exploring new restaurants, and never says no to a little friendly competition at the arcade - bringing that same sense of joy, curiosity, and connection into everything she does.
