Fee Policies

To better serve all our patients, please keep these points in mind: Cancellations require 24-hour written notice (text or email). Less than 24-hour notice incurs a $50 non-refundable fee. No-shows also result in a $50 non-refundable fee.

All Sales Are Final. At OMNI SCULPT MD, we are committed to delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and services. Please note that there are no refunds– all sales are final, including purchases of treatment packages, skincare products, skincare services, and injectable treatments.

All consultations with Dr. DeGironemo will incur a $250 fee. If you receive a service the same day as your consultation, the $250 fee is waived. If you elect to receive just a consultation, the $250 can be applied to a future service within one calendar year from your consultation date.
